养心草宁心安神活性部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究养心草宁心安神活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱方法进行分离,应用波谱法鉴定结构。结果:从养心草醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位分离得到9个化合物。经理化性质和波谱方法鉴定为:①没食子酸,②齐墩果酸,③异鼠李素,④山奈酚,⑤对羟基苯甲酸,⑥槲皮素,⑦β-胡萝卜苷,⑧槲皮苷,⑨2-乙酰萘。结论:化合物异鼠李素、对羟基苯甲酸、2-乙酰萘为首次从该植物中分离到。Objective： To investigate chemical constituents of active parts of calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind from Sedum aizoon L..Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data and chemical properties.Results： Nine compounds were isolated from the constituents of the ethyl acetate and n-BuOH-soluble portion of the ethanol extract of Sedum aizoon L.and their structures were identified as ①gallic acid,②oleanolic acid,③isorhamnetin,④kaempferol,⑤para hydroxybenzoic acid,⑥quercetin,⑦β-daucosterol,⑧quercitrin,⑨2-Acetylnaphthalene.Conclusion： isorhamnetin,para hydroxybenzoic acid and 2-Acetylnaphthalene are isolated from Sedum aizoon L.for the first time.
