改性玉米秆髓对纸张物理强度的影响

摘　　要：以NaClO2为处理剂,通过正交试验考察了NaClO2处理玉米秆髓的时间、温度对纸张各项物理指标增强效果的影响。结果表明,NaClO2用量30%,时间2h,温度85℃,秆髓加入量15%时,白度提高0.39%,裂断长提高59.04%,耐破指数提高69.23%,撕裂指数提高74.67%,成纸的各项物理指标增加明显。The effect of the modified core of corn stalks on physical strength of paper was studied in this paper.The physical strength,whiteness,breaking length,burst index,and tear index of the paper were improved respectively by 0.39%,59.04%,69.23% and 74.67% when the content of NaClO2 is 30%,the time is 2 h,the temperature is 85 ℃,the content of the modified core of corn stalks is 15%.
