摘　　要：为深入研究小花棘豆对绵羊的影响,收购自然放牧条件下中毒的和田羊2只,进行临床症状、血液项目、酶类含量、微量元素及组织病理学切片等方面实验研究,并与正常和田羊进行对比。结果表明,中毒和田羊与正常和田羊相比,红细胞数量减少;天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量升高;Cu、Mn含量差异显著(P<0.05),Fe、Zn含量差异不显著(P>0.05);各组织器官形态病变显著。In order to further study the influence of Oxytropis glabra DC on Hetian sheep,two natural poisoning cases were collected,and the items including clinical symptoms,the hematology,enzymes content,trace element and pathological change were also studied.The results showed that compared with normal control,the poisoning sheep was reduced in erythrocytes number,the contents of AST and AKP were higher,the level of Cu and Mn were statistically different（P0.05）,and the pathologic changes of the tissues and organs was obvious,while the level of Fe and Zn had no statistically variation（P0.05）.
