摘　　要：隐喻在战略管理理论发展和实证检验中具有重要意义。《孙子兵法》是中国古典战略理论的杰出代表,其在战略隐喻的设计与使用上,既有与西方战略隐喻共同的理论指向,又有其自身的特色与价值。在论述有关内容的基础上,揭示了中西方战略文化背景的差异,肯定了《孙子兵法》对战略思想发展的独特贡献。Metaphor has a big significance in the development of strategic management theory and the empirical test. The Art of War is the outstanding representative of Chinese classical strategic theory having the common theory direction with western strategic metaphor with its own characteristics and value in terms of the design and use of strategic metaphor. On the basis of the discussion on some related content, the differences in the China- Western cultural background are revealed and the unique contribution of The Art of War to the development of strategic thinking confirmed.
