低分子肝素钙减轻不稳定性心绞痛患者血管内皮细胞的损伤

摘　　要：目的　探讨低分子肝素钙(商品名速避凝)对不稳定性心绞痛患者血管内皮细胞的影响。方法　30例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为速避凝治疗组和常规治疗组,每组各15例,观察治疗前后血浆vonWillebrand因子(vWF)、内皮素(ET)的变化。结果　速避凝组和常规治疗组治疗前血浆vWF、ET均明显高于正常对照组(P<0001),前二组vWF、ET比较无明显差异(P>005);速避凝组和常规治疗组vWF、ET在治疗后比治疗前明显下降(P<001,P<005),治疗后速避凝组较常规治疗组vWF、ET下降明显(P<005)。结论　速避凝能够减轻不稳定性心绞痛患者血管内皮细胞的损伤。Objective To explore the effect Fraxiparine on vascular endothelial cells of patient with unstable angina.Methods 30 patients of unstable angina were randomly divided in Fraxiparine group and common medicine group ,the plasma vWF,ET were determined before and 10 days, after administration .Results Compared by normal control group, the plasma vWF,ET activity is higher in the patients with unstable angina before administration( P <0 001).However,10 days after administration of Fraxiparine and common medicine ,the plasma vWF,ET activity deceased ,the different was significant ( P <0 01, P <0 05).The decrease of the plasma vWF and ET activity ware more obvious after administration of Fraxiparine than common medicine ( P <0 05).Conclusion Fraxiparine can reduced the damage of vascular endothelial cells of the patients with unstable angina. [
