改良血透静脉置管透前血标本采集的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良血液透析静脉置管透前血标本采集方法。方法:对42例次血液透析静脉置管患者分别应用常规透前采血法和改良透前采血法,对比两种采血方法所需的采血时间、采血成本。结果:在血液透析静脉置管患者透前血标本采集时,改良透前采血法比常规透前采血法所需采血时间短(P<0.05);改良透前采血法降低了采血成本,节约了医疗资源。结论:改良血液透析静脉置管患者透前血标本采集方法节省了护士采血时间,优化了采血流程,避免了二次血液回输带来的危害;同时降低了采血成本,节省了医疗资源。改良血液透析静脉置管患者透前血标本采集方法值得推广使用。Objective：To explore how to improve the method of blood sample collection before hemodialysis among venous catheter patients.Methods：Collected blood samples before hemodialysis by using regular and improved methods among 42 venous catheter patients.Then observed the time and cost difference between the two methods.Results：The time collected blood sample before hemodialysis of method improved was significantly different from that of regular method.that method reduced collecting cost and saved medical resources.Conclusion：The improved method of collecting blood sample before hemodialysis save time,optimized schedule and avoid the risk of secondary blood transfusion.Meanwhile,the improved method reduce the cost and save medical resources.The improved method is worth promoting.
