摘　　要：白细胞介素10(IL-10)是由多种类型细胞分泌的一种多效价细胞因子,主要作为免疫应答的调节剂,其包含了两个截然相反的免疫抑制和免疫促进功能。其与自身免疫性疾病、传染性疾病、器官移植免疫耐受和癌症的发生有关。Interleukin10（IL-10） is a cytokine secreted by a wide variety of cell types and has pleiotropic activities, mainly as a modulator of the immune response. IL-10 has two converse functions of immunosuppression and immunoenhancement. IL-10 were associated with the occurrence of autoimmune disease, infectious disease, immune tolerance of organ transplantation, and cancer.
