摘　　要：面对现代日益复杂的社会经济关系,经济法责任理论研究坚持从"责任-地位"向"地位-责任"的思维转变.它以"角色理论"为指导,以"主体-责任"理论范式为其基本分析框架,构建富有"传统与独特"内涵的独立、系统、科学的经济法责任体系.这既具有凸显经济法责任独特性之理论意义,又具有加强经济法与其他部门法在责任层面上的协调与合作之实践意义.Facing increasingly complex modern social and economic relations,study of responsibility theory of economic law adheres to thinking transformation from ＂responsibility-status＂ to ＂status-responsibility＂.With ＂role theory＂ as its guide and theoretical paradigm of ＂subject-responsibility＂ as its basic analytical framework,it constructs independent,systematic and scientific responsibility system of economic law which is full of the connotation of ＂tradition and uniqueness＂.This not only has theoretical significance of highlighting uniqueness of responsibility of economic law,but also has practical significance of strengthening coordination and cooperation between economic law and other department law on responsibility level.
