复方丹参对乙肝病毒携带者的疗效及其对红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨以复方丹参为主的综合治疗方案对长期无症状（LAsC）乙肝病毒携带者的疗效及其对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：对46例确诊为LAsC的患者，采用以复方丹参治疗为主，同时加强休息。饮食和心理等方面的综合治疗方案；于治疗前后分别测定患者的肿瘤红细胞花环率及红细胞SOD酶和血清LPO水平。结果：治疗后患者的血清HBsAg商度明显下降（P＜0．01），红细胞免疫粘附功能和SOD酶活性明显提高（P＜0．01），血清LPO水平明显下降，与治疗前比较差异皆十分显著（P＜0．01）。结论：以复方丹参为主的综合治疗方案能明显改善长期乙肝病毒携带者机体内环境，提高红细胞免疫功能，有效促进患者血清病毒复制产生的清除。Objective:To study the therapoutic effect and immunological function of erythrocytes of Compoud DanShen in long chronic asymptomatic HBV carrier (LAsC). Methode: 46 cases of LAsC was used with Compoud Dan - Shen and assisted in good resting,eating and mind nursing (Rx - CoDS); the rosette of erythrocytes adhering to rumor cell and the serum level of SOD and LPO were observed before and after therapy. Resulys:Theoevel of serum HBsAg of LAsC with therapy of Compoud Dan - Shen is significantly lower than that of no - cur-ing diseases(P<0.01), the rosette of erythrocytes adhering to tumor cell and the SOD level in serum of the diseases are obviously improved after therpy(P<0.01), and the LPO level in serum is lower than before therapy (P<0.01). Conclusion: Rx - CoDS have a positive therapeutic effect in LAsC. and its mechanism might be associ-ated with improving function of red blood cell immune system of LAsC.
