摘　　要：[目的]了解盈江县静脉吸毒者艾滋病相关知识和行为情况,为下阶段干预工作提供参考。[方法]采用随机抽样方法,分别对2009年和2010年各100名静脉吸毒者进行问卷调查。[结果]调查对象对艾滋病知识了解较好,8个问题均回答正确者占68.0%;2010年最近一个月的共用针具率为17.5%,最近一次性行为时安全套使用率为46.0%,最近一个月静脉吸毒共用针具行为且性行为时没有坚持使用安全套者占11%;13.5%的调查对象接受过所有6项针对一般人群的服务。[结论]2010年采取的干预措施是十分有效的,需要继续加强推广这些措施,同时扩大针具交换、美沙酮维持治疗、安全套发放服务的宣传力度和覆盖面,并重视重点人群的干预。Objective To know the status of AIDS knowledge and behavior to mainline drug addicts in Yingjiang county so as to provide the evidence for next step intervention working. Methods Randon sampling and questionnaire survey were taken to 100 mainline drug addicts in 2009 and 2010. Results AIDS knowledge awareness was good in these. 8 questions correct rate was 68.0%; sharing needle syringe rate was 17.5% in last month in 2010. Condom use rate was 46.0% in last sex behavior. The rate of sharing needle syringe and not use condom in last month was 11%. 13.5% had received all 6 service which were to general group. Conclusions The intervention working was effect which was taken in 2010. It is need to strengthen these measures, extend the service cover of needle syringe exchange, MMT, condom ; Put more attention to key group.
