活血生肌膏治疗糖尿病皮肤组织溃疡的临床护理及观察

摘　　要：目的:采用活血生肌膏与山莨菪碱,治疗糖尿病皮肤组织溃疡,提高皮肤溃疡愈合率,防止全身感染。方法:我们于2007年4月～2010年4月采用活血生肌膏为226例糖尿病皮肤组织溃疡患者,结合皮肤常规护理进行临床用应与观察。并设计对照组与观察组进行比较。结果:通过对226例皮肤溃疡的临床用应,治愈率为88.5%,好转率为11.5%。结论:治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡,活血生肌膏,效果良好,值得推广用应。Purpose：On the utilization of Huo Xue Sheng Ji Gao and Shan Lang Dang Jian to treat diabetes skin tissue ulcer,improving the rate of skin ulcer healing up and preventing systemic infection.Method：From Jun.2007 to Jun.2010,self-made Huo Xue Sheng Ji Gao was applied on 226 patients of diabetes skin tissue ulcer.Combining conventional skin care to apply and observe clinically,and design control groups to compare with observer groups.Result：Through the application of the 226 cases,the cure rate is 88.5%,and improvement rate is 11.5%.Conclusion：Huo Xue Sheng Ji Gao effects fine on diabetes skin ulcer,hence it is worth promoting the application.
