中西医结合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察我院真菌性角膜溃疡中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:将48例确诊为真菌性角膜溃疡的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,两组均进行抗真菌治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用清热除湿祛风中药,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率95.8%,对照组有效率75%治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,视力提高明显优于对照组。结论:中、西治疗真菌性角膜溃疡缩短治疗程,疗效显著。Objective：To analysis the effect of the integrated traditional and western medicine in treating of fungal corneal ulcers.Methods：A total of 48 patients are diagnosed as fungal corneal ulcers divided into two groups.All patients received the drugs for fungal kerat it is.The treatment group also received the traditional herbs.Then compare the effect of two groups.Results：the curative effect of the treatment group is 95.8%,the curative effect of the controlled group is 75%.Conclusion：the integrated traditional and western medicine in treating of fungal corneal ulcers improved curative effect.
