摘 要:阐述了工程选材的重要性,对传统选材(经验选材、行业传统选材和试行-错误法选材)、半经验选材(类比法选材和筛选法选材)到现代选材(数据库辅助选材、专家系统选材、价值工程法选材和综合评价法选材)的发展演变过程作了系统介绍。传统选材和半经验选材是机械产品和工程构件使用寿命短、材料利用率不高的主要原因之一,作为现代工程选材的典型方法,价值工程法和综合评价法虽然还存在着不足,但极具应用前景。In order to obtain low-cost, high-performance products, in today's society ot adoption new mterials replacing traditional materials, the importance of materials selection has become increasingly prominent. The development of optimizing selection method for engineering materials, from traditional methods (selection according to knowledge of experience, traditional of industry and trial and error method respectively), semi-empirical methods (selection according to analogy method and filter method) to modern methods (selection according to database, expert system, value engineering and comprehensive evaluation respectively) are introduced systematically. Traditional methods and semi-empirical methods of optimizing selection for engineering materials are the main reason of short service life of mechanical product and low utilization rate of materials. As typical modern method of optimizing selection for engineering materials, value engineering method and comprehensive evaluation method are promising in application, although exi sting shortcoming.
