经乳晕内切口切除乳房良性肿块38例

摘　　要：目的观测采用乳晕内切口切除乳房良性肿块的效果。方法 38例(44侧)乳房肿块的患者采用弧形乳晕内侧切口,通过皮下隧道向肿块方向分离,放射状切开乳腺将肿块完整切除,皮肤表面用医用胶水粘贴,术后1周行局部按摩。结果随访6～22个月,所有病例切口全部Ⅰ期愈合,切口瘢痕不明显,隐蔽性好,乳头、乳晕感觉良好。结论该术式切除乳房良性肿块手术操作方便,术后具有乳房形态保留好、瘢痕更加隐蔽等优点。Objective To observe the effects of surgical excision of benign breast tumor via trans-areola approaches.Methods the excision are executed according to the steps： cut an curved areola incision,separate hrough the subcutaneous tunnel,radially incise the mammary gland to excise tumor completely, sutured the incision with Medical Adhesives,and cheirapsis the breast one weeks later.Results Perform postoperative follow-up for 6-22 months, all the patients’ incision were healed by first intention,and with inconspicuous scar and well nipple feeling.Conclusion Using trans-areola approaches to excise benign breast tumor making operation convenient, and also has the advantages of little change of the breast appearance and leaving an inconspicuous scar.
