摘　　要：目的对比不同厂家明目地黄丸中熊果酸含量。方法采用双波长薄层扫描法,波长为λs=540nm,λR=700nm。结果 6个厂家熊果酸含量在0.64～0.92mg/丸。结论不同厂家明目地黄丸中熊果酸含量差异较大,但均符合国家标准。从而为临床安全用药提供依据。Objective Comparing with Ursolic Acid Content in mingmu dihuang pills of different factories.Methods Dual wavelength TLC-scanning（λS=540nm,λR=700nm）was used.Results Ursolic Acid Content of six factories.was 0.64～0.92mg per pill.Conclusion There is great difference in Content of Ursolic Acid in mingmu dihuang pills but accords with the national standard so as to provide evidence for.clinical safety use.
