残疾人就业需求愿望与现实满足的影响因素研究

摘　　要：利用2008年对残疾人就业状况的调查资料,用Logistic回归方法,分析了影响残疾人就业的若干因素。结果表明,影响残疾人就业的因素差异较大,对农村和女性残疾人就业的影响因素较简单;影响城市和男性就业的因素较多;比较而言,已婚男性及户主等群体就业倾向较高;身体残疾对就业有影响;家庭住房及家电拥有情况对就业有影响。Using a data drawn from central and west China in 2008,in this article the decisive factors of the disabled why they work are studied.These factors including health condition and the male of the disabled,social security and the assets of family are the main factors determining the employment.With the method of Binary Logistic Regression,the paper discusses the factors which influence the male and famale,the urban and the rural area.Finally,some policy recommendation are proposed to promote the employment of the disabled in China,such as taking care of the famale and the disabled in the rural area.
