摘  要:目的 总结与探讨影响常规体外受精- 胚胎移植(IVF- ET) 妊娠率的因素。方法 对1999 年1 月至8 月在我院门诊接受IVF- ET的36 对不孕夫妇采用促性腺激素释放激素(GnRHa)/ 高纯促卵泡素(FSHHP)/绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG) 刺激排卵方案,B 超监测卵泡发育情况并引导经阴道取卵,培养后加入丈夫精子孵育,将高质量胚胎转移至子宫。结果 取卵356 个,平均每周期取卵10 .2 个;受精率66 .5 % ;卵裂率88.9% 。移植胚胎108 个,平均每周期移植3 .37 个。结论 12 例妊娠,其中10 例临床妊娠,2 例生化妊娠。开始周期妊娠率32 .4 % ,卵回收周期妊娠率36.4% ,移植周期妊娠率37.5% 。不孕年龄、不孕年限、不孕原因、胚胎质量是影响妊娠率的因素。Objective To summarize and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of conventional in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) procedures in the treatment of infertility couples.Methods Thirty six infertility couples underwent conventional IVF ET procedures from January 1999 to August 1999 .Follicular stimulations by GnRH a/FSH HP/hCG were carried out.Ovarian response and Oocyte retrieval was assessed and guided by B modal utrasound.After 4~6 hours incubation of oocytes,husband's sperm were added. High quality embryos were transferred into uterine cavity.Results The main data are as follows:Total number of 356 oocyte retrievals with an average of 10.2 per cycle;fertilization rate 66.5%;cleavage rate 88.9%;The number of embryos transferred is 108 with an average of 3.37 per cycle.Conclusions Twelve cases are pregnancy,of which 10 cases with clinical pregnancy and 2 cases with biochemical pregnancy.Cycle initiated pregnancy rate is 32.4%;Oocyte retrieval cycle pregnancy rate is 36.4% and transfer cycle pregnancy rate is 37.5%.Infertility age,infertility duration,cause of infertility and quality of embryo are the factors affecting the pregnancy rate.
