摘　　要：分析了汽车覆盖件前翼子板的结构特点和成形工艺,介绍了侧翻边模具结构,着重在模具结构设计和现场调试及产品质量等几个方面进行论述。Analyzed of the structure characteristics and forming technology of the front fender of automobile cover, introduced side flanging die structure, mainly elaborated the die structure design and die debugging and product quality and other aspects.
