摘 要:以某型轴流压气机为研究对象,对不同积垢程度的压气机流场进行了三维的CFD数值计算,对比分析积垢造成压气机性能损失的机理。结果表明:积垢对压气机流场的影响主要是导致叶片吸力面中部压力梯度比较大的区域附面层提前转捩,扩大尾迹区的低速回流区,增加叶栅的流动损失。The internal flow fields of an axial compressor before and after being polluted had been numerically simulated with three-dimensional CFD. The mechanism of compressor performance deterioration caused by fouling was analyzed by comparison. The results showed that the effect of fouling on the compressor flow field mainly concentrated in the blade suction side and trailing edge region. Fouling results boundary layer turned into transition early in the middle of the suction side with larger adverse pressure gradient, expanded the area of low-speed recirculation zone in the wake region, and increased cascade flow losses
