摘　　要：生物技术专业毕业生就业难的问题是近几年讨论和研究的热点。本文通过分析本系生物技术专业的毕业生就业情况,提出一些如何提高毕业生就业能力,实现学校、学生和企业共赢的对策,并做了一些探索。It has been difficult for the students with biological education background to be employed, which has been a hot research topic. By analyzing graduates employment in the recent years, this paper puts forward some methods to improve graduates＇ employability , and makes some tentative explorations on the realization of win^win situation for the schools, students and enterprises.
