摘　　要：马钢彩涂板厂原废水处理系统外排水水质难以达到国家有关污水综合排放标准。后将废水处理系统由物化———生化处理方法改造为纯物化处理方法,改造后,系统操作简单,运行费用低,处理效果稳定,可靠性强。CODcr、油、悬浮物和PH值四项考核指标均达标。Drainage water quality of the original waste water treatment system the colour coated steel plate plant of Masteel could not reach the related effluent comprehensive drainage standards of the state.The physical and chemical——biochemical processing method for the waste water was replaced by the physical and chemical processing method.After the reconstruction,the system had the advantages of easy operation,low operation cost,stable treatment effect and high reliability.The appraisal indexes of CODcr,oil,suspension and pH reached the standards.
