成都市一～三圈层医院提供的医疗服务量变动趋势分析

摘　　要：目的:了解成都市一～三圈层医院提供的门诊与住院医疗服务量的变动趋势。方法:采用全面调查的方法对成都市2003～2008年不同圈层医院医疗服务量的变动情况进行分析。结果:①门急诊诊次以第二圈层(近郊卫星城镇)增幅最大(57.40%),出院人数以第一圈层(中心城区)增幅最大(88.05%)。实际占用总床日数第一、二圈层增幅分别达49.35%和33.34%,而第三圈层(远郊乡村区域)增幅仅有5.35%。②综合门急诊诊疗人次、出院人数和实际占用总床日数三项指标进行RSR加权综合评价,以第二圈层医疗服务量的增幅最为显著,第一圈层次之,第三圈层增幅较小,且与第二圈层差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:成都市三个圈层医院医疗服务量发展不平衡。应重点加强成都市第三圈层各级医院建设,全方位提升其服务能力和水平,实现城乡协调、可持续发展,更好地满足远郊乡村区域人民的医疗需求。Objective： To learn the change tendency of the quantity of hospital service from the first to the third metropolitan region in Chengdu.Methods： Investigated and analyzed the hospital service quantity of the hospitals distributed from the first to the third metropolitan region of Chengdu city from 2003 to 2008.Results： The greatest increment of the clinic and emergency visits was the second circle region hospitals（57.40%） located in suburb satellite towns,the hospitalization was the first circle hospitals（88.05%） located in city proper.The incresase of actual using bed days was imbalance in the circle first（49.35%）,second（33.34%） and third（outskirt rural areas,5.35%）.The comprehensive increase of the second circle hospitals was higher（P0.05） than that of the first and the third regions considering the clinic and emergency visits,hospitalization and actual using bed days weighted by RSR.Conclusion： The development of hospital service of the hospitals in different regions of Chengdu was disparate.It＇s should be emphasized to meet the medical demand of citizen and keep the coordination and sustainable development of Chengdu society through improving the service capability and reinforcing the construction of the third circle region hospitals.
