摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法测定替硝唑葡萄糖注射液含量的方法。方法:采用示差折光检测器,色谱柱采用氨基键合硅胶色谱柱(416mm×150mm,5μm;流动相为乙腈0.02mol.L-1 KH2P3O4溶液(pH6.0)70:30;柱温30℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:替硝唑和葡萄糖分别在0.10~0.50和1.25~6.25g.L-1的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系r=0.9998;r=0.9999,两者的平均回收率分别为100.3%与99.8%,RSD分别为1.1%与1.0%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,适用于替硝唑葡萄糖注射液的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method using HPLC-RID for simultaneous assay of Tinidazole and Glucose in Tinidazole and Glucose Injection.Methods: The detector was differential refraction detector.The Kromasil 100-5NH2(416 mm ×150 mm,5μm) set at 30℃ was used.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile :0.02 mol·L-1 KH2 PO4 solution(70:30)(pH 6.0).Results: The linear range of Tinidazole was 0.10~0.50(r=0.9998),and Glucose was1.25~6.25g·L-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery of Tinidazole was 100.3%(RSD 1.1%),and the average recovery of Glucose was 99.8%(RSD 1.0 %). Conclusions: This method is efficient,accurate and suitable for the simultaneous assay of Tinidazole and Glucose in Tinidazole and Glucose Injection.
