摘 要:研究了不同化学结构聚氨酯(PU)材料的耐乙醇性能,考察了固化剂、消光粉对其性能的影响;采用喷涂方法制备硅橡胶按键用PU保护涂层,测定涂层的耐磨性能。结果表明:羟基丙烯酸耐乙醇性能优于羟基聚酯树脂,同时高羟基值和玻璃化温度(Tg)的树脂FS-3060耐乙醇性更佳;加入粒径较小的消光粉OK-607可有效填充涂层内部空隙,进一步提高涂层耐乙醇性能;制备的PU-2涂层材料优于现有PU涂层材料,达到客户耐乙醇RCA的400圈要求。The effect of chemical structure of polyurethane(PU) on solvent resistance was studied,and curing agent and extinction powder was also considered.A PU coating was prepared by the spread method,and its tribological performance was measured.It was concluded that the solvent resistance of polyacrylic ester was better than polyester,and FS-3060 with high glass temperature and hydroxide group had good solvent resistance.Matting powder OK-607 with little size also improved its solvent resistance by filling spacing of coating.So the improved PU-2 was better than existing PU,and meet the client's requirement RCA 400 rings.
