摘　　要：简要介绍了第三方评测的目的 /意义及评测过程中可能存在的问题,详细阐述了《中国联通GSM/WCDMA网络性能评估规程》及其《前台仪表技术规范》、《后台分析软件技术规范》的制定,详细论述了第三方评测过程中的组织管理、网络设置合理性监察及异常事件处理。It briefly describes the significance and purpose of third party inspection and the possible problems, expounds in detail the drawing up of China Unicorn GSM/WCDMA Network Performance Evaluation Procedure, Instrument Technical Specifications and Analyzing Software Technical Specification. It finally discusses the organization management in third party inspection, network setting feasibility control and abnormal event settlement.
