摘 要:目的:研究丹参提取物丹参酮亲水凝胶的释药性。方法:以卡波姆(Carbomer) 、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC) 和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP) 为基质,制备丹参酮亲水凝胶,使用改良的Franz 扩散池,进行体外释药试验。结果:发现凝胶剂中加入适量PVP既可增加凝胶的粘结力,又可在一定范围内控制释药速率。结论:可供丹参酮外用贴剂研究提供帮助。Objective: To study the drug releasing properties of gel containing Tanshinone. Methods: The hydrophilic gels of containing Tanshinone were prepared to take Carbomer, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as base materials. The drug releasing experiments in vitro were carried out in improved Franz diffuser. Results: With the addition and amount of PVP into the gels, the stickiness of gels was increased and the drug releasing rates were controlled over a suitable rate range. Conclusion: The method may be used in the research of external paste containing Tanshinone.
