地甘口服液对环磷酰胺损伤小鼠骨髓CFU-F的影响

摘　　要：观察了地甘口服液对环磷酰胺损伤小鼠骨髓基质细胞形成的影响。将小鼠经尾静脉注射环磷酰胺(每次 10 0 mg/ kg· d-1,连续 3天 ) ,后予地甘口服液 号 (浓度 10 0 % ) 、 号 (浓度 2 0 0 % ) ,灌服 ,每日 2次 ,连续 7天。第 8天处死小鼠 ,取股骨 ,制备骨髓细胞悬液 ,并计数之后 ,建立小鼠骨髓长期培养体系 ,第 1 4天计数成纤维细胞集落形成单位 ( CFU- F) 。结果表明 ,正常小鼠 CFU-F为2 0 .6 5± 2 .96 ,模型鼠为 1 1 .3 8± 4 .93 ,两者有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ;地甘口服液 号和 号 CFU-F分别为 1 8.0 5± 1 .4 1和 1 8.79± 1 .88,均与正常组无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) 。故得出地甘口服液有益气养血之功效 ,可促进环磷酰胺损伤小鼠 CFU-F的形成。Objective:To study the effects of DGOL on the forming of stroma cells in CTX injured mice.Methods:After intravenation of cytoxan into mouse's caudal vein (each time 100mg/kg,once a day for three days),each mouse was taken Di-Gan-Oral-liquid Ⅰ(concentration 100%)or Ⅱ(concentration 200%) twice a day for 7 days.On the 8th day,the femura were taken,the bone karyocyte suspension were prepared and the cell quantity was counted.After culturing 14 days in the longterm bone marrow culture system,the fibroblastic colony forming units(CFU-F) were counted.Results:The CFU-F of normal muring was 20.65±2.96 in normal group,while it was 11.38±4.93 in model group.The defference between the two groups was significant( P <0.01).In the medicine groups(Ⅰ and Ⅱ),the counts were 18.05±1.14 and 18.79±1.88,which had no significance than that of normal group( P >0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal drugs which have function of boosting Qi and supplementing blood can enhance the colony forming units of bone marrow stroma cells in CTX injured mice.
