摘　　要：目的:研究臀高仰卧位联合口服舒喘灵后B超引导下行外转胎位术纠正臀位与传统纠正臀位方法的临床效果。方法:将300例患者随机分为两组,对照组:传统的平卧位行外转胎位术;研究组:臀高仰卧位联合口服舒喘灵后B超引导下行外转胎位术。结论:臀高仰卧位联合口服舒喘灵后B超引导下行外转胎位术,不仅能够提高转胎位成功率,减少孕妇施术中的痛苦,而且能够随时监测施术效果、保证母婴安全,值得临床应用推广。objective：to study the high hip joint oral comfortable out supine position after the spirit descending sentinel plants TaiWei B ultrasonic guide was correct and the traditional correct breech position breech position method of clinical effect.Method：300 cases were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group：the traditional peripharyngeal turn TaiWei art;The team：hip high supine joint oral comfortable out after the spirit descending sentinel plants TaiWei B（guide）.Conclusion：hip high supine joint oral comfortable out after the spirit descending sentinel plants TaiWei B（guide）,can not only improve the success rate,reduce TaiWei turned the pain of pregnant women with art,but also can be applied to monitor operation,ensure the safety and effect of maternal and child is clinical application promotion.
