摘 要:目的通过观察几味中药单体(柚皮素、柚皮苷、小檗碱半硫酸盐、桔丙酯)对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌生长的影响,为临床上治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染提供新的药物。方法采用微量肉汤稀释培养法检测不同浓度的中药单体处理后的22株多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和2株标准菌株的生长情况。结果柚皮素、柚皮苷和小檗碱半硫酸盐对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和标准菌株无抑制作用;樯丙酯能影响鲍曼不动杆菌生长,最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)为64~128μg/ml,最低杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)为128~256μg/ml。结论桔丙酯能抑制多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌,可作为一种潜在新药用于临床;从中药单体中寻找抗菌药物是解决目前多重耐药菌的感染的有效途径之一。Objective To provide new drugs for the clinical treatment of the muhidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection by observing the antibacterial effect of several herb monomers (naringenin, naringin, berberine hemisulfate, Propylgallate) on the growth of Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods Using the Broth dilution method to detect the growth of 22 strains ( Acinetobacter baumannii) and 2 standard strains after treated by herb monomers with different concentrations. Results There were no inhibitor reaction of naringenin, naringin, berberine hemisulfate on multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and standard strains ; Propylgaliate could influence the growth of Acinetobacter baumannii, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 64μg/ml to 128μg/ml,the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) was 128μg/ml to 256μg/ml. Conclusion Propylgallate can inhibit the Acinetobacter baumannii. It can be used as a potential new drug for the clinical treatment of multi - drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infections ; finding new antibacterials from herb monomers is one of useful pathway to solve the infection of multi - drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infections.
