防治玉米螟高效球孢白僵菌新菌株筛选

摘　　要：从吉林省田间采集玉米螟僵虫,进行菌株的分离、纯化,通过对产孢力、孢子发芽力和玉米螟幼虫毒力进行评价,选育出7株(D1虫-5、D1虫-9、L2虫-8、L1-1-1、D6虫-2、D10虫-2、S9虫-X-1)产孢力强、气生孢子发芽率高和毒力强的白僵菌新菌株。实验表明:7个菌株固体麦麸发酵产孢量分布在160亿～335亿个孢子/g的固体发酵物;气生孢子培养16 h萌发率为48%～93%,22 h萌发率均达到100%;孢子浓度106亿个/mL,接种8 d时,玉米螟幼虫僵死率在93%～100%;菌株毒力强弱与产孢能力和孢子萌发率无明显相关性,但与孢子浓度和作用时间呈正相关性。White worms of Ostrinia furnacalis were collected from fields in Jilin Province the isolation and purification of new Beauveria bassiana strains were undertook.7 strains（D 1worm-5,D 1 worm-9,L 2 worm-8,L1-1-1,D6 worm-2,D10 worm-2,S9 worm-X-1） were obtained,which showed high sporulation,germination rate and virulence against larva of Ostrinia furnacalis.The results illustrated that the sporulation of all 7 strains were between 16-33.5 billions spores /g by solid fermentation,the germination rate of spores were 48%-93% at 16 hours and 100% at 22 hours post cultivation,respectively.The muscardine lethal rate was 93%-100% at a 10.6 billions /ml spores density.The virulence was not correlated to sporulation and germination rate,but positively correlated to spores density and acting time.
