腰腹按摩促进脑性瘫痪儿童康复临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察腰腹按摩在脑性瘫痪患儿康复治疗中的效果。方法将48例脑性瘫痪儿童随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各24例。其中对照组采用综合治疗,即Bobath法、针灸治疗、穴位注射、物理治疗;治疗组在对照组综合治疗的基础上加以腰腹部按摩。3个月为1个疗程,观察两组患儿肌张力、肌力、坐位平衡反应及消化系统情况。结果治疗组肌力下降、坐位平衡反应异常以及消化系统症状(食欲不振及便秘)的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论腰腹按摩不仅能改善脑性瘫痪儿童腰腹部肌力、运动协调及平衡能力,同时可明显增强脑性瘫痪患儿的脏腑功能。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of lumbar and abdominal massage for the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in Children.Methods Forty-eight children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.Twenty-four children in the control group were treated with combined therapies,including Bobath therapy,acupuncture,acupoint injection,and physiotherapy;additionally,24patients in the treatment group were treated with lumbar and abdominal massage.The period of treatment was three months for both groups.The muscle tension,muscle force,sitting balance response,and gastrointestinal symptoms of the patients in both groups were observed.Results The total efficacy rates of muscle strength decrement,abnormality of sitting balance response,and gastrointestinal symptoms（including poor appetite and constipation）in the treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Lumbar and abdominal massage not only can improve lumbar and abdominal strength,motion coordination,and balance ability in cerebral palsy children,but also obviously improve their digestive functions.
