摘　　要：探讨了染色温度、pH值、元明粉用量和染料用量对分散蓝2BLN与中性固色活性染料Argazol蓝NF-BG对大豆/PTT混纺织物一浴一步法染色后染色织物的表观色深K/S值的影响,测定了不同染料对染色织物牢度的影响。结果表明:当中性固色活性染料NF1.2%omf,分散蓝2BLN0.4%omf,染色pH为7,元明粉用量为50g/L,95℃保温30min,可使大豆/PTT混纺织物获得良好的同色性和一定的表观色深,染色织物的牢度满足服用要求。The influence of temperature,pH value,dosage of sodium sulfate and dyes on the K/S value of soybean/PTT blended fabrics dyed with disperse blue 2BLN and neutral fixation reactive dye Argazol blue NF-BG by one bath and one step process is discussed,along with the colour fastness affected by different dyes.The results show that the soybean part and PTT part of soybean/PTT blends have achieved the same colour when disperse blue 2BLN 0.4%omf,Argazol blue NF-BG 1.2%omf,pH 7,dyeing at 95℃ for 30 min,and the colour fastness and K/S value meet the requirements of consumers.
