稀土对酸性媒介染料上染羊毛的作用研究

摘　　要：本文采用酸性媒介染料对羊毛纤维进行染色,通过加入氯化钆稀土来提高染料的上染率,降低羊毛染色温度,提高纤维强力并减少媒染剂重铬酸钾的用量。实验中确定了稀土的加入时间、稀土用量、重铬酸钾用量、染色温度等主要工艺参数,最终得出稀土用于酸性媒介染料上染羊毛纤维的最佳优化工艺。Dyeing of wool fibres is performed with acid mordant dyes,adding into the dye bath the rare earth gadolinium chloride for promoting the dye up-take rate,lowering the dyeing temperature,improving fibre strength,and reducing the amount of mordant potassium dichromate.The main technological parameters are determined,such as the rare earth's adding time and amount,potassium dichromate dosage,dyeing temperature and so on.Finally,the optimum process for dyeing wool fibres with acid mordant dyes in corporation with rare earth element is obtained.
