有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂在涤纶织物上的应用研究

摘　　要：以自制的有机硅改性亲水聚酯为整理剂对涤纶织物进行亲水柔软整理,探讨了整理剂的用量、整理液pH、焙烘温度以及焙烘时间对织物整理效果的影响,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、广角X-射线衍射(XRD)测试来表征有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂在涤纶织物上的整理性能,实验结果表明:有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂的用量为30g/L,整理液pH为5～6,焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为2min时整理织物的亲水性和柔软性较好,整理织物经水洗30次后整理效果基本不下降,整理效果耐久性较好,整理后涤纶织物的撕裂强力和断裂强力稍有下降。Polyester fabrics are finished using the self-made silicone modified hydrophilic polyester finishing agent,and the influences of dosage of finishing agent,pH of finishing liquid,baking temperature and baking time are discussed.The performance of the agent on polyester fabric is characterized by using FT-IR,SEM and XRD.The results show that,when the dosage of the agent is 30g/L,pH of finishing liquid is 5～6,baking temperature is 160℃ and baking 2min,the finished polyester fabric has good hydrophilicity and softness,with little change in the finishing effects after 30 washing cycles,but the tearing strength and breaking strength decreased slightly.
