温阳、活血等方药对大鼠阿霉素肾病模型作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同治法的中药方剂治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效及作用环节有何不同。方法:用阿霉素(ADR)诱导一种类似人类微小病变的肾病模型,继用中药温阳方、活血方及温阳活血方对模型进行治疗,并设空白、病理对照组。结果:温阳活血方对尿蛋白、血脂、血浆血栓素B_2及肾脏病理损害具明显改善作用。温阳方对血脂、血浆血栓素B_2,及肾脏病理损害有所改善。活血方只对血清甘油三酯、肾脏病理损害有所改善。结论:温阳活血方对ADR肾病的治疗作用相对较全面,其疗效优于温阳方和活血方。Objective: To investigate the difference of the curative effect and mechanisms on idiopathic nephrotic syndrome treated with different decoctions. Methods: A minimal change nephrotic syndrome that was similar to human s was induced by adriamycin (ADR)in rat was taken model.The rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal control,nephrotic control,the groups treated with warming yang,decoction, promoting blood circulation decoction and warming yang to promote blood circulation decoction. Results : there was a considerable change on proteinuria, blood lipid, plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2) and renal lesions in treated with waming yang to promote blood circulation decoction, while the wanning yang decoction was able to improve blood lipid, plasma thromboxane B2 and renal lesion, and promoting blood circulation decoction only played a role in changes of triglyceride and renal lesions. Conclusion:warming yang to promote blood circulation decoction could all- sidely treat nephrosis induced by adriamycin,the curative effect was the best among three decoctions.
