中药防石散对微创保胆术后患者临床症状影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察内镜微创保胆取石术后中药防石散对患者临床症状的影响。方法收集我院2009年1月至2011年6月应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜行保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石患者784例,其中术后有症状者共54例。随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。观察组术后第7天服用本院与保定市第一中医院联合自制的防石散,一个月为一疗程,共服3个月;对照组患者除不服利胆防石散外,其余护理、饮食等与治疗组相同。结果观察组27例,总有效率100.0%;对照组27例,总有效率总为85.0%。两组总有效率对比,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前胆囊壁厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月两组患者胆囊壁厚度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保胆取石术后患者服用利胆防石散,能使胆囊壁的厚度明显减少,并且可明显缓解保胆取石术后患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。【Objective】 To investigate the clinical application of Fangshi powder（Chinese medicinal preparation） on clinical sympotoms after the microinvasive gallbladder-protected lithotomy.【Methods】 Totally 54 patients in our hospital who met the demand of endoscopic microinvasive cholecystolithotomy in protecting gallbladder were by random permutations divided into two groups,with 27 in each.The bottom of gallbladder of the patients in both groups was incised by using laparoscope,and then the calculus were removed by using the choledochofiberscope in order to preserve the wellfunctioning gallbladder.The patients in the trial group were given Fangshi powder 7 days after surgery for 3 months.The same nursing and diet therapies were given for the patients in the control group except for medication of the powder.【Results】 Effective rate of treatment group was 100%,control group was 85%,the efficiency difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.05）.In discrepancies of the thickness of gallbladder wall there was no statistical significance between the two groups before surgery（P 0.05）,however,there was statistical significance three months after the operation（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Application of Fanshi power for patients received microinvasive gallbladder-protected lithotomy can reduce the thickness of gallbladder wall,relieve the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
