旋复花汤对肝纤维化、肝窦毛细血管化逆转作用的实验研究

摘　　要：运用DMN大鼠肝纤维化模型,通过H.E、胶原染色、免疫组化、电镜等病理形态学方法观察旋复花汤治疗大鼠肝纤维化和肝窦毛细血管化的作用。结果发现旋复花汤能有效阻断大鼠肝纤维化和肝窦毛细血管化的形成证明活血化瘀为主方药治疗肝纤维化的有效性,提示(1)肝纤维化过程中有“血瘀”之存在。(2)肝窦毛细血管化可能是肝纤维化“血瘀”证的一个重要环节。In order to research the function of Chinese herbs Xuanfuhua decoction pathologic and histologic methods, such as HE staining, immunohistochemistry、 and electromicroscope were used to observe Xuanfuhua decoction preventing liver fibrosis and sinusoid capillarization using DMN hepatic fibrosis model of rat. The results showed xuanfuhua decoction could effectively inhibit experimental hepatic fibrosis and sinusoid capillarization. All these indcated that promoting blood circulation to remove stasis decoction was effective for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
