摘　　要：简述了短信服务终端和中国移动通讯短消息协议CMPP的基本原理,并根据其基本原理,应用短信终端,提出了开发一种基于CMPP协议的智能短信应用系统的设计思路,并根据该思路分析了智能短信应用系统中的关键问题——短信收发程序的设计,并结合实际案例应用DELPHI 7.0给出了问题的实现方法和核心技术,最终系统能够完全满足实际项目应用。The paper firstly introduces the basic principle of short message protocol CMPP of China mobile communication and GSM-SM modem.Then according to the principle,the paper puts forward a design method of intelligence short message application system based on the CMPP protocol,further using the method analyses the key problem of intelligence short message application system：the design of the program of sending and receiving short message.Following the key problem,the paper gives out the implementation method and the key technology adopted,combining the real case with DELPHI7.0 Language,so these can finally be well applied to the real development.
