摘　　要：目的　研究德国海德堡地区 1 985年～ 1 990年间淋球菌血清学分型的变化。方法　协同凝集试验。结果　 6 4 9株淋球菌标本血清学分型检测显示 ,在已知的 2 4种特异性蛋白A(PIA)和 31种特异性蛋白B(PIB)中分别检出 8种和 2 6种血清型 ,其中最常见的 6种血清型分别为IB -3( 1 9.0 % )、IB -4( 1 6 .0 % )、IB -2 ( 1 5 .7% )、IB -1 ( 1 3.1 % )、IA -1 / 2 ( 1 1 .7% )和IA -6 ( 3.2 % )。此外 ,我们还发现一种未知的PIB ,其血清反应图象为 3C8,1F5 ,2D4。结论　该地区淋球菌的血清型仍以IB占大多数。Objective To study the changes of serotypes of Neisseria gonorrhoeae collected and isolated from Heidelberg District of Germany from 1985 to 1990.Method Coagglutination test.Result 8 kinds and 26 sorts serotypes were examined from the 24 kinds of specific protein A(PIA) and 31 kinds of specific protein B(PIB) respectively.The most common 6 serotypes were IB-3(19%),IB-4(16%),IB-2(15.7%),IB-1(13.1%),IA-1/2(11.7%) and IA-6 (3.2%).Besides,we also found an unknown serotype PIB,which serological reaction diagram was 3C8,1F5,2D4.Conclusion The most parts of the serotypes of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in this region were IB.
