摘　　要：目的　为了提高淋病诊断方法的敏感性和特异性。方法　用酶联免疫吸附试验方法 ,对5 6 5例STD病人的泌尿生殖道分泌物中淋球菌抗原进行检测 ,并与其它检测方法进行对比。结果　敏感性为 97.1 % ;特异性为 93.3% ,与临床诊断的符合率为 95 .3%。结论　该法明显优于涂片镜检、分离培养和PCR法 ,对淋病诊断具有实用价值。Objective To ameliorate both sensitivity and specificity of clinical diagnosis of gonorrhea.Methods The purulent secretion from the meatus urinarius in 565 patients with STD was studied by ELISA,of which the results were compared with other methods.Results The sensitivity for ELISA is 97.1% and specificity 93.3%.The correct rate of clinical diagnosis was 95.3%.Conclusions The ELISA is superior to both GSE and PCR methods and has practical value for diagnosis of gonorrhea.
