摘 要:对雾粒粒度与分散度、喷雾压力、喷雾流量、喷嘴选型及喷雾系统布置方式等影响喷雾降尘效率的主要因素进行了深入分析,结合晓南煤矿E1S725机掘工作面的产尘特征和粉尘粒度分布等具体条件,设计了高效喷雾降尘系统,并进行现场工艺实践。采用该系统后,机掘工作面生产时总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率分别达90%以上和80%以上,工作面的作业环境得以大大改善,保障了职工的身体健康和矿井的生产安全。In this paper,deep analysis was made on the main factors which affect the dust suppression efficiency by water spray,including the size and dispersity of spray particles,the spraying pressure and flow,the type of spray nozzles,the arrangement mode of water-spraying system and so on.On the basis of the dust-generation characteristics and the distribution of dust particles in E1S725 mechanized heading face of Xiaonan Coal Mine,an efficient dust suppression system by water spray was designed and then used in practice.When the system was adopted,removal efficiency of the total dust and the respirable dust respectively reached up to 90% and 80% or more,and the environmental condition at the working site was greatly improved,this thus ensured the workers' health and the work safety in the mine.
