摘 要:采用计算流体力学方法对除雾器内流场进行数值模拟。除雾器内气液两相流动的数值计算主要用基于欧拉-拉格朗日方法的离散相模型。流体被当做连续相,其流场可通过时均N-S方程求得,而离散相液滴的轨迹则可通过已经计算的流场追踪得到。通过计算不同工作参数下除雾器的除雾效率和压降,分析并总结了不同参数对除雾效率和压降的影响规律,对除雾器的优化设计和选型有指导作用。The computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate numerically the flow field of the demister. The discrete phase model based on Euler-Lagrange approach is used to simulate numerically the gas- liquid two phase flow in a demister. The fluid phase is treated as a continuous phase and it's flow field can be obatined by Navier-Stokes equations, while the dispersed phase droplets trajectories can be got by tracking the calculated flow field. By calculating the demisting efficiency and pressure drop of demister under different working parameters, their effects on demisting efficiency and pressure drop have been analyzed. The study on the demisting efficiency and pressure drop is used to guide the optimization design and selecting type of demister.
