转底炉均匀给料机物料运动特性的数值研究

摘　　要：应用离散元软件PFC2D对水平振动给料机物料运动规律进行数值研究,得到物料颗粒整体及局部的运动规律,并在此基础上对不同的振动参数下振动机的输出功率以及物料的受力大小进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用合适的振动参数可以获得均匀稳定的物料输出,满足转底炉的特定的布料要求。Using discrete element method （DEM） software PFC2D to study the movement of material on the horizontal vibratory feeder, the overall and local movement law of the granular materials was obtained. And on this basis, the output power of vibration machine and material force under different vibration parameters were studied. The results show that： appropriate vibration parameters can lead uniform and stable materials output, and meet specific distribution requirements of rotary hearth furnace.
