果袋遮光对设施栽培沪油018油桃果实着色和品质的影响

摘　　要：在设施栽培条件下,采用不同透光率的果袋,研究了不同遮光处理对沪油018油桃果实着色与品质的影响。结果表明,3个不同透光率(69.6%、18.2%和0)套袋处理随着透光率的降低,果皮呈现从红到黄、从暗到亮的着色趋势。色素含量变化以0透光率处理最为显著,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷分别比不套袋处理下降了94.3%、24.6%和100%。套袋遮光通过改变果皮中色素的比例及含量来改变果实着色,光强是引起油桃果皮色泽和色素变化最主要的原因。套袋显著降低了果实还原糖和可滴定酸含量,但对总糖和蔗糖含量无显著影响。套袋果实单果重有随果袋透光率降低而减少的趋势。套袋会引起果实钾、钙、镁含量变化。高透光率果袋(小林单层袋NK-15)是大棚栽培条件下沪油018油桃较适宜的果袋。Effects of bagging materials with different transparency on quality and coloration of nectarine fruit growing in greenhouse were investigated.The results showed that a decrease in pigment content in pericarp tissues,a color change from red to yellow,and a brightness change from darker to brighter occurred on fruits bagged with materials with decreased transparency（from 69.6%,18.2% to 0）.Bagging with opaque bag（0 transparency） changed most significantly the fruit pigment content since the content of chlorophyll,carotenoid,and anthocyanin decreased by 94.3%、24.6% and 100%,respectively in bagged fruit than in non-bagged fruit.It was assumed that light intensity was the most influencing factor responsible for color and pigment changes in pericarps of nectarine fruit since fruit coloration was changed from changes in composition of coloration pigments caused by bagging materials.Bagging reduced significantly the content of fruit reducing sugar and titratable acid,but did not significantly reduce the content of total sugar and sucrose.Fruit weight was reduced as transparency of the bagging materials reduced.Bagging also caused some changes in fruit K、Ca、Mg content.It was concluded that high transparent bag（single-layer bag NK-15） was suitable for Huyou 018 nectarine in greenhouse.
