摘　　要：目前我国残疾人工作实践存在着诸多困境,其根源在于对残疾人的主体性和能动性的忽视,因此应以增权新视角指导残疾人工作。在分析残疾人无权的表现和去权的社会性因素的基础上,探讨了残疾人的增权信念和增权策略,指出应通过康复、教育、就业、组织、制度和文化等途径实现残疾人的增权。Many problems are found with our present work for the disabled,which can be attributed to the neglect of the subjectivity and initiative of the disabled.Therefore,we should guide our work in the respect with the new perspective of empowerment.By analyzing the powerlessness and social factors behind the disempowerment of the disabled,this article discusses the beliefs and strategies of empowerment of the disabled,pointing out that empowerment of the disabled can be realized through rehabilitation,education,employment,organization,institution and culture,etc.
