摘　　要："复兴农村副业"是20世纪30年代中国农村经济日趋衰退背景下诸多复兴农村经济方案中逐渐高涨的一种主张。持论者基于当时中国面临严重国际国内危机大环境下对农村副业现状的分析,提出了复兴农村副业继而复兴农村经济乃至国民经济的方法与途径,阐述了农村副业复兴的重要意义,反映了时人强烈的人文关怀。"复兴农村副业"的主张对解决当今"三农"问题有一定参考与借鉴意义。Reviving the sideline in the countryside was proposed for promoting country economy in the 1930s when the rural economy in China was increasingly declining.The supporter,with a careful analysis of the situation of the rural sideline in the countryside of China under the background of serious crises both in and out of the country,put forward the approaches and methods of reviving the rural sideline for the development of rural or even national economy.They highlighted the significance of reviving the sideline in the countryside of China,demonstrating a strong humanitarian concern.The proposal is still of referential value for dealing with the issues regarding farm,farming and farmers.
