摘  要:以自制月桂酸烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯酯、低含氢硅油(PHMS)为原料,在氯铂酸的催化下制得聚醚酯改性硅油,通过红外光谱对其进行表征.考察了反应温度、反应时间、n(聚醚酯)∶n(PHMS)对硅氢化反应的影响.结果表明:在80℃、5.5 h、n(聚醚酯)∶n(PHMS)=1.20∶1工艺条件下,反应转化率可达92.4%.Poly (ether-ester) modified polysiloxan was synthesized by self-made polyoxyethylene-polyoxy- propylene laurate and low hydrogen silicone (PHMS), using H2PtCI6 as catalyst. The chemical structure was characterized by IR. The effects of reaction temperature, time and the feed ratio on the hydrosilation reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 80 ℃, reaction time was 5.5 h, molar ration of poly (ether-ester) to (PHMS) was 1.20:1. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the conversion rate could reach 92.4%.
