摘  要:探讨了在微波加热条件下,阳离子染料染腈纶时,各种因素对染色深度的影响,并比较了常规水浴锅加热染色和微波加热染色样品的摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度;探讨了微波加热技术对织物强力和尺寸的影响.研究结果表明:采用微波加热进行腈纶织物的染色可以大大缩短染色时间,而且染色性能和常规染色工艺相近.The influences of different factors on dyeing depth was discussed when the acrylic fabric was dyed with cationic dyes by microwave radiation. The rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the fabrics by conventional dyeing and microwave dyeing were compared. In addition, the effects of microwave heating on the strength and the size of fabric were investigated. The results showed that the dyeing time of acrylic fabric by microwave heating could be greatly shortened, and the dyeing property was similar to the conventional dyeing process.
