摘 要:采集连云港海域浒苔藻体进行自然光照和固定水环境条件下三种密度梯度(0.5 g/L,2.5 g/L和5.0 g/L)的培养,利用美国ASD便携式地物光谱仪获取浒苔藻体整个培养过程中的反射光谱曲线,定性分析日时间序列的浒苔藻体反射光谱特征和定量分析日时间序列的浒苔藻体红边参数。结果表明:浒苔在衰亡过程中,颜色由绿变黄最后变白;浒苔藻体的反射光谱在680 nm处的吸收峰逐渐抬升;随着浒苔藻体密度的增加,其反射光谱在红光波段(700~750 nm)的反射率逐渐增强,反射峰值对应波长位置逐渐向长波方向移动。对日时间序列的浒苔藻体红边参数应用曲线估计,结果发现,三种不同密度浒苔藻体红边位置均采用三次函数得到的模拟效果最高,判定系数分别为0.511,0.637,0.856。模拟散点图结果显示,三种不同密度浒苔藻体的红边位置均呈现先下降后上升再下降的起伏规律,但下降速率远远大于上升的速率。Entermorpha prolifra samples collected from Lianyungang sea area,whose water environment was not changed and natural illumination condition was controlled.Three different density which were 0.5 g/L,2.5 g/L,and 5.0 g/L respectively were designed.Reflectance spectra of Entermorpha,during the whole process were measured by using ASD Field HandHeld spectrometer.Then,spectra characteristics of Entermorpha,were analyzed at qualitative aspect,while typical spectrum position variable named as red edge position was discussed at quantitative aspect.The research results was indicated that the color of Entermorpha,had been changed from green into yellow into white;the absorption peak near 680 nm increased gradually and reflectance at 700~750 nm gradually increased and corresponding wavelength shifted to longer wave with the increasing density of Entermorpha.While curve estimation of red edge position extracted from reflectance spectra showed that the estimation precision were the highest by cubic function and the R2 were 0.511,0.637,and 0.856 for three different density of Entermorpha.The corresponding scatter plots for simulation were sumed up that the red edge occurred the fluctuation rule of decrease firstly,increase secondly,and decreased finally,however,the rate of decreasing was much larger than that of increasing.
