摘 要:在实验室条件下研究了不同浓度胜利原油暴露1、2、4、8、15 d以及解除污染1 d和3 d后对半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GST)活性的影响。结果表明:曝油15 d内,各浓度组GSH-PX活性呈峰值变化,先增大后减小,第4 d时升高到最大值,其中3.2 mg/L组在第1 d就被显著诱导(P<0.01),第15 d除3.2 mg/L组仍极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)外,其它各组均恢复至对照组水平(P>0.05);GST活性除0.1和0.2 mg/L组变化不大外,其余各组均呈先增加后减小的趋势,0.4、0.8和1.6 mg/L组第8 d达到最大值,3.2 mg/L组第2 d达到峰值,第15 d各组GST活性均恢复至对照组水平。从污染胁迫解除后GSH-PX和GST活性的恢复情况分析,原油污染对半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏GSH-PX活性影响的阈值在0.2和0.4 mg/L之间,而对GST活性影响的阈值在0.8和1.6 mg/L之间。半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏GSH-PX活性对石油污染的响应相对于GST更加敏感,更能反映出早期污染氧化胁迫,有望成为石油类污染的生物标志物。The effects on activity of GSH-PX and GST in juvenile Cynoglossus semilaevis,which was exposed to the Shengli crude oil at the environmental levels(0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 and 3.2 mg/L) for 1,2,4,8,15 days and removed pollution for 1,3 days,were evaluated.The results showed that in the 15-day oil exposure period,the liver GSH-PX activity was increased to the maximum on the 4th day and then decreased.The GSH-PX activity of group 3.2 mg/L was induced significantly(P〈0.01)on the first day,and the activity of all the other groups except the highest concentration group restored to the original level.The GST activity had the similar tendency with GSH-PX,and there was not the significant change in the activity of lower concentration groups(0.1 and 0.2 mg/L).The maximum values of group 0.4,0.8 and 1.6 mg/L appeared at the 8th day.The GST activity of group 3.2 mg/L was increased to the peak value at second day and at 15th day had not the significant difference comparing with the control group(P〉0.05)for all of six groups' GST activity.According to the recovery of enzyme activity after the relief of pollution stress,It can be concluded that the threshold of GSH-PX was between 0.2 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L,and the threshold of GST was between 1.6 mg/L and 3.2 mg/L.The response of GSH-PX activity to the petroleum pollution was more sensitive than GST,so the GSH-PX activity can better reflect early pollution stress,and was expected to be a biomarker to the petroleum pollution.
